Our carers may only help with light housework, such as making the bed, changing the linen, etc. Should moderate house cleaning be needed, a domestic carer can be provided at an additional cost.
How Does It Work?
Through our trained and experienced carers, we offer a complete service of professional care to the elderly, frail, lonely, or recuperating clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Our professional management team will meet with you for a free, no-obligation assessment of your needs and requirements. We will conduct planned management visits once our carer is placed with you or to adjust the care plan if needed, at no additional charge.
Flexible shifts and hours ensure we meet your requirements. These services can be on a full or part-time basis, with minimum hours ranging from 3 to 24 hours per day, depending on individual needs and requirements.
Our rates are extremely competitive; however, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients without any compromise.
Cost
The agency provides caregivers without any hidden costs.
Our daily care rates are available upon inquiry, either by phone or email.
Live-in carer rates are negotiable based on assessment, depending on the level of care needed.
Unfortunately, we do not work with medical aids, as we are a caregiver agency and not a medical or nursing agency.
